Spicy Fried Chicken Cutlet

We all love cheese and most everyone loves chicken. There are so many different ways you can combine the two and come up with a delish and amazing dish in a matter of minutes. Now we are taking it to the next level and making something with a small hint of spice and a huge hit of cheese. Note: if you like things spicy you may want to double up on the red pepper powder and it will add a bit of fire to the taste buds

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Chicken breast
  • salt & pepper
  • 2/3 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • Flour,
  • Egg,

Panko Sauce:

  • 1 Tablespoon Red pepper paste,
  • 2 Tablespoon red pepper powder
  • 5 Tablespoon Ketchup
  • 2 Tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoon sugar
  • 7 Tablespoon corn syrup
  • 4 Tablespoon water

DIRECTIONS:

1. Pound the 2-chicken breast into thin pieces and season them with salt & pepper.

2. Put 2/3 cup mozzarella cheese on the chicken breast and cover.

3. Put the chicken bread in the flour, egg, panko order.

4. Fry them at 320°F oil for 10 minutes.

Combine:

  • 1 Tablespoon red pepper paste
  • 2 Tablespoon red pepper powder
  • 5 Tablespoon ketchup
  • 2 Tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoon sugar,
  • 7 Tablespoon corn syrup
  • 4 Tablespoon water and bring it to boil.

5. Put fried chicken cutlets on the plate and add the sauce on top
